Hi, I’m Carmen, the heart behind Chihuahua Puppies AZ.

I’ve been working with dogs and breeding for over 30 years, and for the past 5 years I’ve continued my education through the Elite Breeder Formula by Meg Howe, a program focused on responsible, high-quality breeding practices.

I raise long-haired teacup Chihuahuas in a loving, hands-on home environment. My goal is simple—I want every puppy to grow into a happy, confident companion that fits perfectly into your life.

I’m very involved with my dogs and puppies every day. This is not a large kennel. It’s a small, personal program where each puppy gets real attention, care, and love from the very beginning.
